Mir fällt spontan 'Besetzung' ein.

Besetzung, würde ich mal ganz grob sagen
-
Mir kamen folgende Ideen in den Sinn:
In der Hauptrolle...
Hauptdarsteller/in...
-

It is always subject to question what kind of English do want to master, the one you'll need in order to survive in an English speaking country by your own or hardcore written English, despite the fact of it being possible to master either, though. The approach of the first one being able to drop some grammar guidelines and the one of the latter being more sophisticated which can again improve your abilities regarding to the first one. It took me about three years or so in order to gain my english skills. Although, quite frankly, I would call it impossible for others to master that within the same amount of time. ..so much for my smugness on that matter xDZitatHabe ich auch schon gemacht aber ich habe halt wenig lust und zeit was wo man schnell lernt wäre cool.
English is considered to be a level 1 language which takes up a minimum of 11 months to learn. -

Heute ist mir ein Wort unter gekommen das ich net kenne und Leo auch net "geeks" oder 'geeky Hier der Text für den zusammenhang es handet sich um ein Fanmade-Musikvideo
ZitatAdrian Lux - ''Teenage Crime''
inspired by kattyklee&teenageCrime3
quality isnt as good, i had to process this is sections then process them all together and then process again to upload to youtube. (probably doesnt make sense)didnt turn out like i wanted it to.. all the end scenes corrupted on the memory stick and i didn't have time to refilm so i had to reuse clips so it doesn't really make sense.
storyline.
a 'geeky' girl is always getting picked on in school because of how she looks. she gets a text about a party that shes not invited to because shes a geek. she goes home and decides to change this. she changes everything about herself and goes to the party. she ends up getting really drunks and passes out.
when she wakes up she realise how big a mess shes made of her life and would rather go back to her 'geeky' old self.und der Komi:
Zitati didnt know geeks had blackberrys
@**** why wouldn't they, they are SMART-phones
-
geeks = sowas wie freak/streber, meistens mit Elektronik/Computer personen assoziert.

Wow, a thread where you can write anything you want! Just under one condition: It´s written in englisch! What a cool idea, AD! Sry for writing such nonsense, but I didn´t saw this topic earlier and I just wanted to write something down. :upps:
But I´ve got an interesting question for you: Do you prefer american english or british english? I prefer british english, just because I understand it so much better than american english! Whenever I got american customers in my shop, they speak with such a terrible accent, that I just think: "Eh....sry what?" But sometimes (I must admit) the american have more....creative words to describe something. Like british people say "holiday" and mean both "Ferien/Urlaub" and "Feiertag", but american say "holiday" for "Feiertag" and "vacation" for "Urlaub/Ferien"! Very creative!

I prefer American English, I guess it's because i talk to americans everyday on devaintART
Just matter of habit. Besides I think Brtish people got an funny accent, this is going to be fun in London. xD
Yup, i argree with you, in america they use more synonym's. -
But some of these american accents really, really suck! Sry, but sometimes I really don´t get, what they want from me! Some guy just came in und started talking to me and I didn´t get anything! I just got that he was talking about..."a trip to frankfurt....funny german beer and....sitting in a train for hours!" and I was like.....okay....should you nod, shake your head or just don´t do anything? That´s my problem with american english, you know.....and I really like this british accent!

I like the american way of speaking englisch, but there are so many slangs which are terrible.
When I was in England (Beverly, near York) I had to speak a britain slang, which was very funny.Cup for example was not pronounced as [CAP], it was [CUP]. There U's are U's.
The british accent ist more disciplinated, so that you have to think "What am I supposed to say?"
My favorite sentence of the britain slang is: "Alaska!" (I'll ask her!)
It was fun, working there and I have improved my English.Zu "Starring": Es gibt keine deutsche Übersetzung für, nur Umschreibungen.
-
I prefer the american english because... öööh... i think because i watch a lot of movies or series in english? :3 But they do have a lot of terrible accents, thats right. For example the people of Texas - I can't understand anything
But there are a lot of accents more, for example canadian or australian. But I don't really hear the differents when I watch (for example) Fringe. There are two australian actors (Anna Torv & John Noble) and one canadian actor (Joshua Jackson) and I really have no idea where the differents areIf you find spelling or grammar mistakes, you can keep them
-
Last week the teacher let us watch the movie "9/11" with Nicolas Cage and i nearly didn't understand anything! XDD
They spoke really incomprehensible. I was watching the movie all the time kinda "Yeah .. oh well ... if i don't understand, i don't have to be alert, right?" and started doodling. -
See? That´s the problem with american english! Sinec I watch the british show "Sherlock", I definitely prefer british english! Just because this was the first time, I was able to watch the whole...movie...episode..what ever....without subtitles! They spoke so clearly and I could understand everthing! Well almost everything because Mr.Cumberbatch (Sherlock Holmes) speaks so incredibly fast! I wish I could talk as fast as he can!
